- Meetings are done online over zoom, and also face to face when possible.
- The format may be one on one, or in a group.
- Meeting times vary, depending on people’s availability.
- All this is free of charge – we are a community of friends who help each other.
Environment
Personal and spiritual development is facilitated when it is done in a pleasant, fun, and playful atmosphere, rather than a serious and heavy one. So we aim at a pleasant atmosphere, with fun and play.
